Our data team has heard your feedback and spent some time these past few weeks cleaning up our reporting section to ensure that you can access user-friendly and accurate data! On April 7th, 2023, the Real Time Management section will be removed from Reporting.

However, the data from these reports will still be available in relevant sections in Wodify Core. 

In this article, we will cover:

• All Transactions
• Daily Cash Report
• Clients without Memberships
• Clients without Payment Information
• Current Class Reservations
• Cancelled Reservations
• No Shows

You can still find your data in new places! Here are the seven reports from Real Time Management and where to find this information today:

All Transactions 

• Go to Financial > Transactions

Daily Cash Report 

• Go to Financial > Transactions and filter for Cash as the Payment Method

Clients without Memberships 

• Go to People > Clients and apply the Has Membership is False filter

Clients without Payment Information 

• Go to People > Clients and apply the Has Payment Method is False filter 

• (Pro Tip: Save this search for future easy access!)

Current Class Reservations 

• Go to Classes > Reservations and select the Current tab

Cancelled Reservations 

• Go to Classes > Reservations and select the Cancelled tab

No Shows 

• Go to Classes > Reservations and select the No Shows tab
