Appointment Booking Process for Coaches



Need to book an appointment for your clients? This article will walk you through the process of creating reservations as a Coach, right from your phone!


In this article, we will cover:

Wodify Mobile App:

To Download the Client App, please utilize the link below:
Wodify Client App Information

  1. Select Coach View
  2. Select into the Schedule tab
  3. Select Appointments
  4. Select Book Appointment
  5. Select the Service to book
  6. Click Book

Please Note:  If your client does not have a current valid membership for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment unless you sell them a membership.


  1. Select the Client name
  2. Click Next
  3. Select the Provider then Date & Time 
  4. Select to Reserve This Slot 
  5. Select to Confirm Booking 




Rebooking Appointments:

Coaches are able to easily rebook appointments for clients 

To view your Upcoming Appointments, go to the Appointment Tab and selecting the Upcoming Appointments Tab at the Bottom of the Screen.

  1. Select the Appointment you want to rebook
  2. Select Rebook appointment
  3. Select new Date & Time
