Managing your Waivers can be done all in one place! It is important to know how to navigate your Waivers, so you can locate, review, resend, or upload Waivers as needed.

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Reviewing Unsigned and Signed Waivers

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name, Unsigned or Signed number, to view a list of clients
  3. Review, re-send or upload any Waiver that has been assigned to a client
  4. If you need further assistance resending or uploading Waivers, continue to the next section

Resending or Uploading an Unsigned Waiver

Resending your Waiver Links

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
  3. Locate the client's waiver you would like to resend
  4. Click the Paper Airplane Icon

Uploading an Unsigned Waiver

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
  3. Locate the client's waiver you would like to upload
  4. Select the Upload Icon
  5. Once selected, you will be prompted to upload a document

Filtering Unsigned or Signed Waivers

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name, Unsigned or Signed number, to view a list of clients
  3. Select All People (Clients or Leads) to apply one or multiple filter conditions

Deleting Unsigned Waivers

You now have the option to delete any Unsigned Waivers in your account. There are two ways to delete waivers in Wodify.

Deleting Waivers from Unsigned Documents List:

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
  3. Select the Waiver you'd like to delete
  4. Select the Trash Can Icon

Deleting Waivers from a Client Profile: 

  1. Go to the Client Profile
  2. Select Documents
  3. Select Actions next to the Waiver
  4. Select Delete

NOTE: After a Waiver is deleted, you will be able to see the date the Waiver was deleted, and the account that deleted the Waiver within the client profile.



Exporting Waiver Information

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name, Unsigned or Signed number, to view a list of clients
  3. Select the Waiver (or Waivers) you'd like to export
  4. Click
  5. Select the Export Waiver

Converting a Signed Waiver to a Lead

If you have someone complete a Waiver before creating a lead profile, you can easily convert their signed waiver to a Lead profile. This allows you to carry over all of the lead's information and including the signed waiver.  There is no need to retype any of their information or have them sign another waiver.

To Convert a Waiver to a Lead

  1. Go to Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name or Signed number, to view a list of clients
  3. Click into the Drop-Ins tab
  4. Locate the Drop-in's Waiver and click the Convert Drop-in to Lead icon

  5. The leads profile can then be found with People > Leads


Locating a Waiver from within a Client Profile

  1. Go to the Client Profile
  2. Select Documents tab
  3. Locate the Waiver for this client
