• New Revenue Information Added to Insights Data Tables - We've added some additional columns to the data tables on the Memberships and Retail dashboards to provide additional revenue information. We've added Gross Revenue, Tax, and Discounts. Check our reporting help center to learn more about Insights.

• Client Contact Information Added to Reports - We've added client email addresses and phone numbers to some of our membership reporting to make it easier to have your members' contact info right alongside their membership information. You can access these new columns by exporting the following reports:
  • Athletes by Membership Details
  • Athletes by Membership Type
  • Athletes by Program

• WOD Marketplace Sync Now Occurs Nightly - Our WOD Marketplace offers easy access to ready made WODs so that you can spend less time programming and more time coaching. We've updated our system so that WODs will now be synced to your Wodify account every night. You now get access to your WODs as soon as they are ready to go. Bug Fixes 🐜

• Appointments
  • Bug with turning off auto-renew on Appointments memberships has been resolved
  • Service providers will no longer receive notifications that they forgot to sign in a client for a service that is in the future. This notification will only be sent once an appointment has passed
  • Service providers will no longer be able to be double-booked when they are a provider for multiple services
• Classes
  
  • Memberships with unsigned contracts can now be deleted
  • Recurring classes will no longer reappear after being deleted or moved
  • Drop-ins will now be accounted for in the reservation count on the Class Calendar
• Communication
  • Changes made to the Staff Signature will now be saved
  • Link to the Free Trial in the 'Lead Created From Web Form' automated email will bring leads to the correct sales portal
• Financial
  • Memberships with discounts that have been deactivated will not be updated by Mass Update Membership Pricing feature
• Insights 
  • Discounts will now be accurately reflected in the Memberships and Retail dashboards

  • The Coachboard will now reflect the correct purchase time for Drop-ins purchased on the Online Sales Portal

  • Transaction History Report will no longer display null values for settlement dates

  • Cart discounts will now be accurately displayed on the POS
• Rise, Arena, Live
  • Arena - Withdrawn participants will no longer be counted towards scoring on the Leaderboard
  • Rise + Arena - Participants can now update their leaderboard name
  • Multiple options of the same filter can now be applied to the participant list
• WOD
  • Videos embedded in WODs will play at the start time specified
