  • Business Health Insight: 90 Day Retention Rate - 90 Day retention is correlated with long-term engagement for clients. We've found that if a client continues to attend classes past the 90-day mark, they are more likely to remain a client for a full year or more. This insight will allow you to monitor 90-day retention for new clients and track their performance against the industry standard over time.

  • Leads Insight: Lead Attendance Rate -  Leads attending a class (usually a free trial) are twice as likely to convert to clients with paying memberships, particularly if the class is within 12 days of the lead being generated. The new visualizations allow you to track how many leads you are getting into classes in the first 12 days and the associated conversion rates.

  • Memberships Insight: Cost of Membership Holds - This new insight will show the cost of membership holds and break it down over time and by reason. We’ve also added a table to show current on-hold memberships as a list with a total cost of the hold and cost to date.

  • Retail Insight: Total Net POS Revenue - The Total Net POS Revenue will now also include a breakdown of the revenue generated by the Self-Service function

Bug Fixes 🐜

  • Communication
    • Placeholders in the various automated emails and the Online Sales Portal Confirmation Page will be updated to reflect the Client and Business placeholders
    • Free Trial and Drop-In Automated Email templates will be relocated to Communication > Automated Emails > Class
  • Financial
    • The Payout Export will no longer show a refunded transactions fee as negative
  • Kiosk
    • The term "Client" will no longer be visible on the Kiosk
    • System generated leaderboards will load properly for all businesses
  • Workout
    • Workout Images and Videos will push to the business website as expected
    • Warm-ups will now be included in a workout export.
  • Insights
    • Active Client Membership Breakdown will no longer show a membership as free when a promo code was used on only the initial commitment
