The Lead Profile

Once a new Lead is created, you can check their profile at any time by finding them under People > Leads, or in the Shift+S global user search, to find all information you have on them.

 

We recently have helped provide a faster experience to conduct business for your leads! We have a new, modern sleek look to the profile, which has allowed for smoother performances across all platforms. Here's a look at each display section of our new modern lead profile: 

Lead Owner - This feature represents the designated coach or employee responsible for managing and following up with the lead!

The Lead Owner can view their lead in People > Leads > My Leads to easily keep track of and follow up with their assigned leads. The Lead Owner setting can either be adjusted in the purple banner of the lead profile, or via the "Profile" tab for the lead under the section "Assign to Employee". 

 

Tags - Our lead profile includes one word labels in the form of tags! You can apply these to a lead's profile to group them together with other leads who have the same tag. If converted to a client, their client profile will also have the same tag. 

 

Notes - This is a dedicated space to add any additional information about the lead! The notes is internal, and are visible by all admins, managers, and employees of the gym. 

 

Profile - We have a profile tab within our lead profile for all personal contact, including the following:

  • Full Name
  • Gender
  • Contact Information
  • Lead Status
  • Created On and Last Contacted dates
  • Emergency Contact Information
  • Email and SMS Subscribed Status
  • Assign to Employee
  • Created by/Referred by Information

Note: Also added to the profile tab that is new;  the ability to create groups for leads! Just like for clients, we now have the ability to group leads together, making it easy to track which clients are connected. This is great for keeping track of families, couples, and teams!

 

Once a client is added into a group, the other leads' initials will appear in the purple banner of the client:

Once you decide to convert one or both members in a lead group to a client, you can click the "Convert to Client" button in the top right hand corner, and we provide the choice on either one or the other to convert to a client!

Attendance

  • View any attendances logged under this Lead profile (including free trials)
  • Note: Lead attendance should carry over to the Client profile when converted, but performance history will not

Documents

  • View any waiver signed by this Lead
  • Upload attachments and view them

Activity History - Any non-attendance activity related to this lead

  • Individual Emails
  • Mass Emails
  • Waiver signing
  • Status Changes

 

Note: Under Actions, you can select "Log Activity" to keep track of when you've contacted the lead. 

 

Booking Classes & Appointments for Leads

You can now reserve any Lead with the Trial status into any class, right from the lead profile!  To reserve a class for a Lead with the Trial status:

  1. Go to People > Leads
  2. Search the lead name and click into their lead Profile.
  3. Click the "schedule" drop down under the "attendance" tab
  4. Click into "Reserve a Class" to open the class calendar and reserve the lead into a class.
  5. Click "Book an Appointment" to open the app
