Exceeded Highest Ticket Value - what does it mean and how do I fix it?


When you first apply with GoEMerchant, you will be approved with a 'Highest Ticket Value' rate, which is the highest price you can charge on one transaction. If you attempt to run a transaction and receive the 'Exceeded Highest Ticket' error message you will want to: 

  1. Contact GoEMerchant directly at 888-638-7867 to have this ticket value raised
  2. Split this invoice into multiple, smaller value invoices to avoid this 'Exceeded Highest Ticket Value' error
