Exceeded Highest Ticket Value - what does it mean and how do I fix it?

When you first apply with GoEmerchant, you will be approved with a 'Highest Ticket Value' rate. This is the highest price you are able to charge within one single transaction.

If you attempt to run a transaction that exceeds this price, you will receive the 'Exceeded Highest Ticket' error message.

 

What should you do if you receive this message?

  1. Contact GoEmerchant directly by phone at 888-638-7867 or by email at support@goemerchant.com to have this ticket value raised
  2. Split this invoice into multiple, smaller value invoices to avoid this 'Exceeded Highest Ticket Value' error
