A payment method is marked as a hard decline if a transaction is attempted with the given payment method one of the below error messages are returned:
|PICK UP CARD||Issuer has revoked use of card|
|BAD GENERAL ACCT||Invalid Card Number|
|REVOKE AUTH ORDER||Customer Advised Bank to Stop Any Further Payments to Merchant|
|TRANS NOT ALLOW||Transaction Not Allowed to Cardholder|
|CARD EXPIRED||Contact Customer for Updated Expiry Date on Card|
Once a payment method is marked as a hard decline, transactions will NEVER be attempted with the card again.
Your athlete must re-enter a new payment method into Wodify in order to process future transactions.
