Adding/Updating Your Payment Information

Need to update the payment method that you use for your gym membership? Athletes can add a new default payment method or edit their existing payment method on file from within their individual athlete profile. 

 

Adding New Payment Information

 

💻​ Desktop App

  1. Log in to app.wodify.com
  2. Select My Profile in Top Right Corner
  3. Select Payment Info
  4. Select Add Payment Method
  5. Select the Payment Method Type
  6. Enter your payment method details
  7. Select Add

 

📱​ Wodify Athlete App:

  1. Tap My Profile Icon in Bottom Right
  2. Select Edit Settings
  3. Select Payment Information
  4. Tap the + button (top right corner)
  5. Select the Payment Method Type
  6. Enter your payment method details
  7. Select Add 

 

📱​ Wodify App (Legacy)

  1. Select the Main Menu Icon in Top Right Corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select My Profile
  4. Select Payment Info 
  5. Select Add Payment Method
  6. Select the Payment Method Type
  7. Enter your payment method details
  8. Click Save

 

Updating Your Existing Payment Method

 

Legally Wodify can not store your credit card in Wodify's database, so all payment method information goes straight to our merchant services provider.  

That means you can not update your existing payment method (since we do not have access to it), but you can add a new payment method (following the steps above) and then delete the old one.

  1. Create a New Payment Method via the process listed above
  2. Make the payment method your Default Payment Method
    • Default means it's the one your box will use to pay for your monthly membership moving forward
  3. Delete your old payment method

 

Removing Your Payment Method

 

In order to remove an old payment method, you must first add a new default payment method to your account. Once you have added a new default payment method, you can delete any non-default payment methods on your account. 

If you would like all payment methods removed from your account, you will need to reach out to your gym directly. Wodify cannot remove your payment information on behalf of your gym.
