To ensure no lead gets left behind, you'll want to configure which staff members receive the email notification when a lead record is submitted from your web contact form. You can easily create a web contact form that will automatically create Leads in Wodify when a form is submitted.
To enter Lead Email Addresses:
- Login to Wodify Core
- Click People > Settings > select the Lead tab
- Scroll to Lead Form' > Form Setup
- Enter each email address that should receive lead notifications in the 'Email Addresses' field
- Click Save
