How do I set who is notified when a lead form is submitted?

To ensure no lead gets left behind, you'll want to configure which staff members receive the email notification when a lead record is submitted from your web contact form.  You can easily create a web contact form that will automatically create Leads in Wodify when a form is submitted.

To enter Lead Email Addresses:

  1. Login to Wodify Core
  2. Click People > Settings > select the Lead tab
  3. Scroll to Lead Form' > Form Setup
  4. Enter each email address that should receive lead notifications in the 'Email Addresses' field
  5. Click Save
