Using Revenue Categories

To help businesses breakdown revenue reporting, Wodify offers eight default Revenue Categories and the ability to create your own. These categories can be selected when creating membership templates,  manual invoices, or running Point of Sale transactions.

These 8 default categories are: 

  • Membership Sales
  • Merchandise/Retail Sales
  • Late Cancellation Fees
  • Store Credit
  • Wodify Billing
  • Drop-ins
  • No-Show Fees
  • Free Trials


To create new Revenue Categories:

  1. Go to > Financial > Settings
  2. Click the Revenue Categories tab > Click + New Revenue Category

  3. Label your new Revenue Category
  4. Click Save
