How do I set a default location and program for a client?


Setting a new Default Program/Location

  1. Go to People > Settings > Client
  2. Under New Client Default Location select the location
  3. Under New Client Default Program select the program


Changing Client Default Program/Location

  1. Go to People > Clients
  2. Click the Select All Checkbox
  3. Then select the Select all X Clients
  4. Bulk Actions > Change Default Program/Location
