Enabling the Online Sales Portal
Wodify's Online Sales Portal (OSP) allows new or existing clients to purchase membership plans for your business. Free Trials and Drop-ins are able to make reservations, sign waivers, and pay their drop-in fee through the Online Sales portal before setting foot in your business.
Your sales portal is customized to your business' needs and can be linked to any part of your website.
To enable the Online Sales Portal:
- Go to Digital Presence > Online Sales
- Click 'Enable' to turn on the Online Sales Portal feature
- Enter a sub-domain for your clients to access your online sale portal through
- This URL can be linked directly onto your business website and Free-Trial and Drop-Ins
- This URL is unique to your Wodify account
- We suggest your subdomain be the name of your business (e.g. 1force.wodify.com)

Customizing the Purchase Confirmation Page on the Online Sales Portal
Once a client has purchased a membership on your Online Sales Portal. They are brought to a landing page that confirms their purchase. Most times, this is your first impression with these clients! We know how important first impressions are, so we have made this page customizable from membership to membership.
Updating the Confirmation Page for Class Memberships:
- Go to Classes > Pricing
- Select the Membership you'd like to update the confirmation for
- Scroll to the Online Sales Portal section
- Edit this text as needed
- Hit Save
Updating the Confirmation Page for Appointment Memberships:
- Go to Appointments > Pricing
- Select the Membership you'd like to update the confirmation for
- Scroll to the Online Sales Portal section
- Edit this text as needed
- Hit Save
Displaying and organizing Memberships on the Online Sales Portal
Enabling Memberships:
- Head over to Digital Presence > Online Sales.
- In the Classes or Appointments tab click the name of the membership plan(s) that you would like to enable.
- On the window that opens, you'll toggle Make Available Online for the membership and toggle the payment plans you would like to have sold online.
- Pick the earliest start date available for the membership to begin
- Click Save
Reordering Memberships:
You can customize the order of Class and Appointment memberships that are enabled in your Sales Portal.
- Head over to Digital Presence > Online Sales.
- Click and drag the memberships on the left side of the page to change the order in which they will appear.
Note: You can utilize the Copy Permalink or QR Code next to a Payment Plan to send a client their own unique combination of Membership + Payment Plan. Neither the membership or the plan have to be available in the online sales portal for this link to work. Setting a Date for a Membership to Begin on the Online Sales Portal
When choosing which membership plans and sessions are sold online, determine the earliest date the client can begin after purchasing his or her membership.
To configure the earliest start date:
- Go to Digital Presence > Online Sales
- Click the name of the membership of choice
- Select the Earliest Start Date using the date picker
- Click Save
Note: Clients will be able to purchase the membership prior to this date and will be charged at the time of purchase. When purchasing they will not be able to choose a 'Start Date' for the membership prior to the date selected on this page.
Waiver Settings within the Online Sales Portal
With Waiver Settings enabled, clients will be required to sign the waiver during the checkout process. You can disable this setting to allow clients to skip the waiver signing process for a quicker checkout.
Note: If your Waiver Enforcement Settings are enabled within Classes > Settings, the clients will not be able to sign into classes until their Waiver is signed.
Dependent Access Settings within the Online Sales Portal
Control how guardians purchase items for dependents. With Dependent Access Settings, you decide whether they can buy directly from the Online Sales Page:
