Suspending and Reinstating Athletes

Admins can temporarily suspend an athlete from logging in to Wodify and signing in to the Coachboard at the kiosk. This feature is typically used when an athlete is late on membership dues. 

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Suspending an Athlete 

Admins and managers can suspend athletes via an athlete's profile. This process is manual and must be done one athlete at a time. 

  1. Click People > Athletes
  2. Click on the athlete you wish to suspend
  3. Click the Actions drop-down menu and click Suspend
    • If enabled, an email will be sent to the athlete explaining they are suspended and can not log in to Wodify or sign in to the Coachboard
    • If enabled, an email is sent to all Admins, Managers, and Coaches the gym stating the athlete is suspended

Note: Athletes will still be able to log in to enter their payment information, but will not have access to any other Wodify features. 

 

Reinstating an Athlete 

Any suspended athlete will be able to be manually reinstated by an admin or manager. 

  1. Click People > Athletes
  2. Click on the athlete you wish to reinstate 
  3. Click Reinstate 
    • If enabled, an email will be sent to the athlete explaining they are reinstated and can log in to Wodify or sign in to the Coachboard
    • If enabled, an email is sent to all Admins, Managers, and Coaches the gym stating the athlete is reinstated

Note: Suspended athletes are still charged if they have an active membership.

 

Note: Legacy customers only; suspended athletes are included in the Wodify monthly charge.
