Suspending and Reinstating Clients

Admins can temporarily suspend a client from logging in to Wodify and reserving a class or appointment session. This feature is typically used when a client is late on membership dues.

Suspending a Client

Admins and managers can suspend clients via a client's profile. This process is manual and must be done one client at a time. 

  1. Click People > Clients
  2. Click on the client you wish to suspend
  3. Click the Actions drop-down menu and click Suspend
    • If enabled, an email will be sent to the client explaining they are suspended and can not log in to Wodify or sign in to the Coachboard
    • If enabled, an email is sent to all Admins, Managers, and Coaches stating the client is suspended

Note: Clients will still be able to log in to enter their payment information, but will not have access to any other Wodify features. 

 

Reinstating a Client

Any suspended client will be able to be manually reinstated by an admin or manager. 

  1. Click People > Clients
  2. Click on the client you wish to reinstate 
  3. Click Actions drop-down menu and click Reinstate
    • If enabled, an email will be sent to the client explaining they are reinstated and can log in to Wodify or sign in to the Coachboard
    • If enabled, an email is sent to all Admins, Managers, and Coaches stating the client is reinstated

Note: Suspended clients are still charged if they have an active membership.

Note: Legacy customers only; suspended clients are included in the Wodify monthly charge.
