Wodify will run periodic updates to Workflows and Workflow Email Templates. This article contains need to know info on what to expect when these updates happen!

Workflow Updates
Wodify will run updates to pre-built bundles periodically, during regularly scheduled release dates.
When we run an update, you will see an 'Update' button when you go to Workflows>Builder>Wodify Library.
- Once you click this button, all customizations within the Wodify Bundles will be lost and will revert to match our pre-built bundles in it's newest version.
- If you choose not to click the update button, no action will occur.

Workflow Email Template Updates
Improvements and updates are made to workflow email templates periodically and are released during regularly scheduled release dates.
- When we run an update:
- You will see a purple or red dot next to the email- this is letting you know an update has been made.
- The red dot means that you have made customizations.
- The purple dot means that there was an update but you did not have anything customized in the template.
- If you click on the email template with the red dot, you will be prompted to either accept Wodify's changes or keep the email as is.

Version Control
You do have version control so no need to worry about any customizations being lost.

- If you want to go back to a previous version, simply click Actions>Version History>The version you choose>Restore.
