How do I transfer my account?


For Wodify Athletes:

  • Transferring to another gym is easy! Simply ask your new gym owner to add you to their gym and provide them with the email that you used at your previous gym.  Once you are an athlete at your new gym you will receive a confirmation email that will prompt you to confirm your email and walk you through the account merging process.   • Concerned about losing your performance history?  Don't worry! When your account gets merge all performance history data should be merged. This will keep your performance history all in one place.

For Wodify Gym Owners:

  • Have an athlete joining your gym from another Wodify gym?  Simply create an athlete account for them using the email they have used for the other gym.  This will prompt the confirmation email to the athlete that will allow them to merge their account.
  • The account merging process, which athletes can perform on their own, will replace transfers.
