The Reservation Status toggle shown on the Lead Conversion Board allows you to display a Lead's upcoming reservation/booking status or their most recent reservation/booking status if none are upcoming.

Enabling Reservation Status:
- Go to People - Leads and update the display to the lead conversion board from list view
- Click on View Dropdown (to the right of the search bar)
- Select (Customize cards)
- Toggle on “Reservation Status”
- Click “Apply”
- Show Cards with reservation status
Display Reservation Status:
If "Reservation Status" is enabled in the View Dropdown:
- If a lead has an upcoming reservation or booking, the status of their next reservation or booking will be displayed.
- If a lead does not have an upcoming reservation status or booking, the status of their most recent reservation or booking will be displayed.
- If a lead does not have an upcoming or past reservation or booking, nothing will be displayed.
Lead Reservation Statuses (for Classes):
- Reserved: A lead is added to a class on Class Calendar
- Signed In: A lead is signed into a class on Class Calendar or Kiosk / Kiosk+
- Canceled: A lead's class reservation is canceled on Class Calendar or Kiosk / Kiosk+
- No Show: A lead does not sign into a class within 48 hours after the appointment has ended
Lead Booking Status (for Appointments):
- Booked: A lead is added to an appointment on the Appointment Calendar or Kiosk+
- Signed In: A lead is signed into an appointment on Class Calendar or Kiosk / Kiosk+
- Canceled: A lead's appointment booking is canceled on Class Calendar or Kiosk / Kiosk+
- No Show: A lead does not sign into an appointment within 48 hours after the appointment has ended
