The Sign-In Panel is a powerful new addition to Kiosk+ designed to streamline your class management. It combines all the best features of the Coachboard with exciting new functionality, including real-time updates, simplified waiver management, improved sorting, and a whole lot more! Accessing the Kiosk+ Sign-In Panel 

To access the Sign-In Panel:

1. Click the Kiosk+ icon in the bottom left corner of Wodify Core.
2. Click "Add Panel" and choose "Sign In."
3. Select the Location, Date, and Program.
4. Click "Add."
5. After selecting a class from the dropdown, class details will be displayed. 

Navigating the Kiosk+ Sign-In Panel 

Managing Reservations

• To sort reservations by time or alphabetically, click the filter icon
• To cancel a reservation, click the ellipsis icon next to the client’s name.
• Hover over a client's name to view their reservations and sign-in activity history.

Sign-Ins

• To sign in a client, click the circle to the left of their name.
• To undo a sign-in, simply click the circle again.
• To add a client or lead to a class, use the search function.
• You can add drop-ins using the Drop-in feature.

Note: You'll see real-time functionality of reservations, sign-ins, and cancellations within the Sign-In panel. For example, if a client cancels on their app, it will automatically update on the panel without the need for a page refresh!

Icons

• Free Trials will appear with the new Free Trial icon (boxed in purple below)
• Drop-ins will appear with the dollar sign icon (boxed in red below)
  
  

Waivers

You can easily send waivers to clients using the following methods:

• QR Code
• Public Waiver Link
• Email
  
  

Note: Simple Sign-in can still be accessed independently by navigating to the arrow icon on the bottom left of Wodify Core.
