The Activity Feed displays the who, what, and when of your business's day to day activities. This tool empowers users to trace when an event happened and identify a variety of details surrounding that particular action - from checking up on your Workflow automations to tracking changes made to a membership by an employee at your business.

What Events can I find in the Feed?

  • Client Created or Updated
  • Lead Created or Updated
  • Communications:
    • SMS
    • In-App Chat
    • All Emails (Including Mass Emails)
    • Tasks
  • Membership added to or updated in a Client Profile
  • Membership Templates Created or Updated
  • Progressions - Promotions, Criteria Completion, all Progression Updated
  • Class Reservations & Sign-ins for Client and Leads
  • Appointment Reservations & Sign-ins for Clients and Leads

 

Where else can I view the Feed?

The Activity Feed is available in every Client and Lead profile as well - this feed is unique to that specific user. For more details about this, check out either of the following help articles:
