The Results panel in Kiosk+ allows clients and coaches to add and track performance history. This panel retains the spirit of our original coachboard feature in a modernized package.
This article will walk through the following:
Configuring your Results Panel
To add a new Result panel to your Kiosk+ page, you will first want to reference our Setting Up Kiosk+ guide. Once your panel is added, you will be able to customize:
- The location to see your results for (applicable for multi location businesses)
- The date of the workout
- Which program(s) to view results for; you can select multiple programs at once!
By default, any scorecards will be separated into gendered lists. If you would like to have everyone ranked together, we do offer a gender neutral option found under Account > Global Settings.

Navigating your Results Panel
After your panel is added, you will see the classes for your selected program(s) line the top of the page. These are listed in order by start time, and any classes that have already ended will be greyed out.
Tip: If you have a lot of classes for the day and not everything seems to be listed, no worries! You can scroll side by side to see all of the classes.
As clients check into class, they will automatically appear within the Results panel. If they are missing any waivers for the session, this will be indicated by the waiver icon shown below. You can click this to automatically send them a copy to sign!
Adding & Tracking Performance
The results panel provides live, real-time syncing with Wodify mobile app in both client view and coach view. This allows for real-time syncing within your Kiosk+ Leaderboard as well.
Any components tied to the workout for the selected class will automatically appear next to the clients name. These will appear as follows:
- Purple components indicate that no results have been logged yet
- Grey components indicate that the client has logged results for the movement

If the client has past history, a performance graph icon will appear to see previous entries
Note: The colors in your Kiosk+ will align with any colors set within Custom Branding! By default Wodify uses purple, however these may differ depending on your current settings!
Logging Results
To log results, simply click on the component name. A pop up will appear in the panel that allows you to input the measure and save the results.
- You can also add notes, or choose whether this should be scored or not.
- If the component has scaling, you can pick between the different options. (Rx, Rx+ or Scaled)
Custom Results & History
If a movement was completed outside of the program, you can also add custom results by selecting the ••• near the clients name. You can also reference any and all component history for a client from this menu!
You are able to search for and select multiple components at a time to be added to a performance card. Selected components will be indicated by a green checkmark. After you have everything you need checked off, hit Save to add this to their performance for the day!
