Coach Page on the Online Sales Page

Showcase your coaching staff with your personalized and customized Coach Page! While purchasing class and appointment memberships, clients can see your coaching staff and learn more about them!

Coach List can be found on the header of your Online Sales Page. 

On Coach List, clients can see all coaches on your staff filtered by location, including their:

• Profile Picture
• Title
• Personal Links

After clicking on a coach, clients can see the full Coach Bio, including:

• Title (for example: “Strength and Conditioning Coach” or “General Manager”)
• Links: Coaches can add links to their instagram page, youtube channel, tiktok account, email, and more for your clients to learn more about your coaches and connect more personally with them!
• Biography Summary: Coaches can add their personal story, education, credentials, experience, philosophy, and personality in their bio
• Class Programs: The class programs they coach
• Appointment Services: The appointment services they are a provider for
• View Future Classes (Wodify App only): View what future classes the coach is coaching directly from their Coach Bio
• In App Chat (Wodify App only): Directly chat with the coach from their coach bio

Enable and Customize Coach List on the Online Sales Page

You can enable and disable Coach List on the Wodify App using the following steps:

1. On Core, go to Web & Mobile > Online Sales
2. Scroll to the bottom to “Display Coaches Publicly”
3. Turn on
4. If Turned on - click “Coach Line Up
   1. Toggle each location
5. Click Coach Line Up
6. On Coach Line Up Side Panel
   1. Select location (dropdown)
   2. Toggle Coaches on and off
   3. Drag and Drop to order
7. Click Save

Coach List on the Wodify App

Showcase your coaching staff with Coach List! All clients and employees can access a list of coaches at your business which can be filtered by:

1. Location
2. Class Program
3. Appointment Service

Click on the coach’s name on the Coach List to access their Coach Bio. Coach Bio is a dedicated, personalized page to highlight each coach on the Wodify App. Learn more about Coach Bio here.

2. Scroll to the bottom to “Display Coaches Publicly”
3. Turn on
4. If Turned on - click “Coach Line Up
5. On Coach Line Up Side Panel
   1. Toggle Coaches on and off
6. Click Save
