Why are you removing the legacy Kiosk and Coachboard?

The legacy Kiosk was built over a decade ago, and as technology evolved, it started causing slowness and system strain—limiting our ability to innovate. Kiosk+ is built on modern infrastructure, delivering real-time updates, faster performance, and a more seamless experience. This upgrade also allows us to bring you new features and improvements that weren’t possible before.

 

How do I adjust the zoom on Kiosk+?

Need to tweak the text size? Just use the left and right arrow keys to zoom in or out for the perfect display on any screen. A zoom slider is also coming soon.

 

Can I change the Kiosk+ background color?

Yes. Kiosk+ supports light mode and dark mode, so you can customize the display to match your gym’s aesthetic. Head to Settings in Kiosk+ to switch between modes.

Pro tip: Light and dark mode settings save with templates, so make sure to save your preferred panel and theme setup.

 

Can I customize Kiosk+ with my business’s branding?

Absolutely. Kiosk+ supports custom branding, so you can showcase your gym’s colors and logos. To update:

  1. Log into Wodify Core
  2. Go to Web & Mobile > Custom Branding
  3. Upload your brand’s colors and logos

 

What new features do I get with Kiosk+?

Kiosk+ comes with powerful upgrades to streamline your workflow:

  • Multi-panel display – Show multiple panels side by side, such as RX and Scaled versions of your WOD.
  • Waiver QR codes – Easily display and send waivers to leads and clients on the Results Panel.
  • Performance search – Quickly look up past performance results on the Results Panel.
  • Real-time updates – No more refreshing. Changes update instantly, whether made on a computer, Coach View, or the mobile app.
  • Faster class selection – Click once to choose a class via the ticker at the top, reducing extra steps.

 

Does Kiosk+ have a whiteboard?

Yes. The Leaderboard in Kiosk+ replaces the old Whiteboard feature, giving you an improved way to display results and rankings.

Where’s the Appointments calendar widget?

A brand-new Appointments Panel is coming soon to Kiosk+. This update will bring:

  • The ability to add performance results and notes for signed-in clients.
  • One-click rebooking for appointments.
  • The ability to look up performance history for signed-in clients.

For now, we recommend using Coach View in the Wodify App or the Appointments Calendar in Wodify Core to manage appointments.

 

Where is the ‘Return to Core’ button?

We’ve heard your feedback—it’s coming back. Expect this functionality to roll out in an upcoming release within the next few weeks.

 

Why does the ‘Sign-In’ widget appear on the Results panel?

We added the Sign-In widget to the Results Panel to reduce the number of clicks needed when switching classes, making it easier and faster to manage sign-ins. If you prefer, you can also use the standalone Sign-In Panel for flexibility.

 

Where are the My Performance and All Performance tabs?

The Kiosk+ Performance Panel will be built in the coming weeks and allow users to see and add performance results for any client at their business.
