I joined a different gym and can't log in


When you join a new Wodify gym with the same email address that you used at a previous Wodify gym, you will receive a welcome email which contains a link in which you are able to merge your accounts. 

Once you click on that link, you will be brought to a screen where you can merge all of your existing Wodify accounts together:




TIP: If you have multiple active accounts, you can switch between the two accounts as outlined in this article.


NOTE: If you try to login with your old credentials without merging your accounts prior, you will get an error message saying that your account is inactive because your email address is stilled tied to your deactivated account at your previous gym. Login_-_Fitness_Business_Management_Software___Wodify_Core_2018-10-25_15-33-47.png
