How can I block time on my provider availability?


Blocked time was designed primarily to cover the following: sick leaves, vacations, or simply unexpected unavailability. Since blocked time is a tool to create exceptions to your regular availability, it’s always across all locations and services so you don’t have to repeat the same block time in different places!


Admins and managers can block time for their providers. Additionally, provider's can block their own time. 


Here's how:

  • Head to the provider's athlete profile via People > Athletes
  • Select 'Availability' tab
  • Click and drag on the calendar
  • Select 'Blocked Time'
  • Create Blocked time


Classes and google calendar events (when Google Calendar sync is turned on) act as blocked time as well!
