This article will walk you through the process of deactivating Programs in your Wodify Environment, along with offering some quick solutions to errors you may receive.

To Deactivate a Program:

1. Select Classes
2. Select Programs
3. Select the Program to Deactivate
4. Locate the "Active" toggle in the Edit Program section that appears
5. Toggle this Off and hit Save

Common Error Messages:

• ### active/inactive clients have this set as their default program
• ### recurring classes reference this program
• ### current or future Workouts reference this program
• Please change your default Public Whiteboard Location to a different program

• ### active/inactive clients have this set as their default program

  • While you may no longer offer this Program to Clients, either Active or Inactive Clients reference this as their Default Program.
    
    
• To By-Pass This Error:
  1. Select People
  2. Select Clients
  3. Select the ALL Tab
  4. Select to Filter Clients
     • Filter by Default Program > IS > Program to Deactivate
       
       
  5.  Select the Top Left Checkbox to Select All Clients on the Page
  6. Select All ## items in this list on the Top Right
  7. Select the Ellipsis Drop-Down
  8. Select Change Default Program
     
     
  9. Change the Default Program to a Program you plan to keep
  10. Click Save

  • You will need to delete all instances of future classes to remove this program.
    
• To By-Pass This Error:
  1. Select Classes
  2. Select List
  3. Select the Recurring Tab
  4. Select to Filter Recurring Classes
     • Filter by Program > IS > Program to Deactivate
       
       
  5. Select into Each Class 
  6. Select the Delete Option in the Top Right Corner of Each Page

• ### current or future Workouts reference this program

  • You will need to delete all instances of current or future Workouts to remove this program.
    
    
• To By-Pass This Error:
  1. Select Perform
  2. Select Daily Workouts
  3. Select List
  4. Select + Filter  
     • Filter by Program > IS > Program to Deactivate
       
       
  5. Select Workouts by Checking off the Top Box for all Workouts
  6. Select all Items in the List
  7. Select the Ellipsis Menu and Delete Option on the Left Hand Side of the Page

• Please change your default Public Whiteboard Location to a different program

  • You will need to update the default program with the Public Whiteboard setting
    
    
  • To By-Pass this Error:
    1. Select Digital Presence
       
    2. Select Web Integrations
    3. To open this field, click Enable or Edit 
    4. Select to a new default Program
