Managing your profile information should be simple and easy. We try to provide you with all the tools you need to update your account details right away.

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Updating your Profile Photo

Having a profile photo on your Wodify account will allow other clients to put a name to a face while looking at the Coachboard, Whiteboard, and Leaderboard. 

 

Change your Profile Photo from Our Wodify Desktop

  1. Login to Wodify via app.wodify.com
  2. Select My Profile in the top right corner of the page
  3. Select Change Picture

  5. Select Save

Change your Profile Photo from the Black & White Wodify Legacy App 

  1. Login to Wodify Black & White Legacy App
  2. Select into the Menu Bar
  3. Select Settings
  4. Select My Profile

  6. Upload New Picture
  7. Crop & Rotate as necessary
  8. Select Save

Change your Profile Photo from the Wodify Athlete App

  1. Log into the Wodify Athlete App
  2. Select the Profile Tab
  3. Select Edit Settings

  5. Select into Photo Icon
  6. Upload New Photo

  7. Select Update 

 

Updating your Email Address/Other Personal Information

Need to update your email address, physical address, phone number, or other personal information within your account? You can update all of this information on the web version of Wodify or directly in the mobile app.

 

From the Desktop App:

  1. Login to Wodify at app.wodify.com
  2. Click ‘My Profile’ in the top right corner of the page
  3. Change information desired on the My Profile page
  4. Click 'Other Info' and change information as desired
  5. Click Save


From the Black & White Legacy App:

  1. Login to the Wodify Legacy App 
  2. Click 'Settings' from the slider nav
  3. Click 'My Profile'
  4. Change information desired on the page
  5. Click Save

From the Wodify Athlete App:

  1. Login to the Wodify Athlete App 
  2. Select the Profile tab
  3. Select Edit Settings
  4. Change information desired on the page
  5. Click Save

Updating your Email and SMS Settings (Subscribe or Unsubscribe)

You have the freedom to choose whether or not you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe to Email and SMS messaging from your business. We make unsubscribing to your business's emails and SMS messaging quick and easy for you as the client. 

 

To Update Email Notifications:

 

 Desktop App:

  1. Log in to app.wodify.com
  2. Select My Profile in Top Right Corner
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Unselect/select Subscribe to your box Newsletter

Black & White Legacy App:

  1. Select the Main Menu Icon in Top Right Corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select Notification Settings
  4. Unselect/select Subscribe to your box Newsletter

Athlete App:

  1. Tap My Profile Icon in Bottom Right
  2. Select Edit Settings
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Select Notification Settings
  5. Toggle off/on Receive news and updates from your gym by email

Note: This will not unsubscribe you from automated emails, like billing or membership notifications

 

To Update SMS Messaging Notifications:

 

Text:

  1. Text STOP or CANCEL to either CROSS or 27677 from your phone
  2. You will no longer receive SMS Messaging from Wodify

Desktop App:

  1. Log in to app.wodify.com
  2. Select My Profile in Top Right Corner
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Unselect/select Opt-in to receive SMS Notifications from your box

Athlete App: 

  1. Tap My Profile Icon in Bottom Right
  2. Select Edit Settings
  3. Select Notifications
  4. Select Notification Settings
  5. Toggle off/orr Receive news and updates from your gym by SMS

Opting Out of Likes/Comments

Clients can choose to opt-out of Whiteboard Comments and Likes if you do not want other Clients to be able to like or comment on your performance results. 

To opt-out from a Desktop:

  1. Log in to app.wodify.com
  2. Select My Profile on the top right of the screen
  3. Select Privacy Settings from the left side nav
  4. Select the Lock icon to a 'locked' position for Social Interactions


To opt-out from the Black & White Legacy App:

  1. Log in to the Black & White Wodify Legacy App
  2. Select Settings from the slider nav
  3. Select Privacy Settings from the left side nav
  4. Select the Lock icon to a 'locked' position for Social Interactions

 

To opt-out from the Athlete App: 

  1. Log in to the Athlete App
  2. Select My Profile icon on the bottom right
  3. Select Edit Settings
  4. Select Social Interactions
  5. Toggle off Allow Likes and Comments on my performance results

 

Not able to comment or like other Clients' results? This is a setting on your business's end. You will need to reach out to your business owner and ask them to enable this for you.
