In this article, we will cover:
Updating your Profile Photo
Using the Client Web Portal:
- Login into the Client Web Portal
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click My Profile
- Click on your picture
- Upload New Picture
- Select Save
Using the Wodify Mobile App:
- Log into the Wodify Mobile App
- Click on the burger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- Select Profile
- Select Change Photo
- Upload New Photo
- Crop and Rotate as necessary
- Click Save
Updating your Email Address/Other Personal Information
Need to update your email address, physical address, phone number, or other personal information within your account? You can update all of this information via the Client Web Portal or the Wodify app.
From the Client Web Portal.
- Login into the Client Web Portal
- Click the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Click My Profile
- Change information desired
From the Wodify Mobile App:
- Log into the Wodify Mobile App
- Click on the burger menu icon in the top left corner of the screen
- Select Settings
- Scroll down to the Accout section
- Make changes in the Profile and Contact and Address pages
- Make sure to click Save after making any changes
