Managing your Contracts can be done all in one place within Wodify Core!

In this article, we will cover:

• Reviewing Missing and Signed Contracts
• Resending Missing Contract Links/Uploading a Missing Contract (Individual & Bulk)
• Exporting Contract Information
• Locating a Contract within a Client Profile

Reviewing Unsigned and Signed Contracts 

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts. 
2. Click on the Contract Name or number of Signed or Unsigned Contract to view a list of clients
3. Review, re-send, or upload any contract that has been assigned to a client
   
   

Resending Missing Contract Links/Uploading a Missing Contract

Resending Your Contract (Individual) 

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts > Click Into a Specific Contract -> Unsigned 
2. Locate the Contract you would like to resend
3. Click the Arrow Icon to email the contract

Resending Your Contract (Bulk) 

1. Check the name(s) of the clients on the left
2. Click the ellipsis (...)
3. Click Send Contracts 

Uploading a Missing Contract

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts > Unsigned
2. Locate the Contract you would like to upload
3. Select the Upload Icon 
4. Once selected, you will be prompted to upload a document

Sign Missing Contracts

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts > Unsigned
2. Locate the Contract you would like to sign
3. Select the Document Icon on the right
4. This will bring the client to a 4 step signing process 
   
   
   

Exporting Contract Information (Bulk)

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts > Signed
2. Select the name(s) you'd like to export
3. Select Three Dots > Export
   
   

Exporting Contract Information (Individual) 

1. Go to Digital Presence > Documents > Contracts > Signed
2. Find the name of client
3. Select either the Square Icon to view and download or the Arrow Icon to download directly

Locating a Contract within a Client Profile

1. Go to the Client Profile
2. Select Documents
3. Locate the Contract for this client
