Why This Matters
You have the freedom to choose whether or not you would like to subscribe or unsubscribe to email communications from your business. You can make an update on either the Wodify app or via the Client Web Portal.
Step-By-Step How To: Wodify Mobile App
- Click on the hamburger menu on the top left corner of the screen
- Click Settings
- Click Communications
- Toggle off/on Email
Step-By-Step How To: Client Web Portal
- Log in to the Client Web Portal
- Select the profile icon in the top right corner
- Navigate to the Account tab
- Scroll down the Preferences section
- Hover over the Email Subscription option and use the pencil icon to change your preference
- Save your changes
Note: This will not unsubscribe you from automated emails, like billing or membership notifications

FAQs
- "I am unsubscribed from emails, why am I still receiving them?" Answer: Admins can send out transactional emails in where they are communicating information that is important for everyone to receive. This could be in regards to a class cancellation, gym closure, etc.
