FAQs
- Will enforcement stop clients from using other parts of Wodify? Enforcement specifically prevents clients from signing into classes if they are missing the required contract/waiver associated with their membership. It does not automatically change other access unless your account has additional rules configured elsewhere.
- Does Waiver Enforcement affect appointments as well? Appointment Waiver Enforcement does prevent clients from booking and signing into appointments if they are missing the required waiver. This waiver enforcement does not prevent providers from booking appointments but will prevents sign ins if a lead or client has an unsigned waiver for that service.
