Required Add-On: Wodify Perform
As Kiosk+ evolves to replace and expand on traditional Coachboard workflows, it becomes the central hub for in-gym sign-ins, performance tracking, and class management. Adopting these Kiosk+ workflows ensures your staff and clients have a consistent, easy-to-use experience across desktop, kiosk, and the Wodify mobile app.
Pre-requisite Pro-Tip
Kiosk+ works best alongside Wodify Perform and Using Wodify Pulse so that you can display workout results, manage performance history, and display live heart rate tiles from your MyZone devices.
Step-By-Step How To:
Signing in your clients and coaches
Kiosk+ gives you two panels that can be used to sign people into class:
Sign-In Panel – dedicated to reservations and attendance.
Results Panel – includes the same sign-in widget, plus tiles to enter and view workout results.
You can use either panel to sign in clients and coaches.
In Wodify Core, open Kiosk+.
Load your Kiosk+ layout (template) that includes the Sign-In or Results panel.
At the top of the panel, select the correct Location, Date, Program, and Class.
-
To sign in a client or coach:
Click the circle to the left of their name to mark them as Signed In.
To undo a sign-in, click the circle again to clear it.
Use whichever panel best matches your coaching style. If you primarily manage attendance, the Sign-In Panel is sufficient. If you also enter scores during class, the Results Panel will give you both sign-ins and results in one place.
Signing in your clients with No Shows
When a reserved client shows up late or was initially treated as a no-show, you can correct their attendance directly in Kiosk+.
In Kiosk+, open the layout that includes your Sign-In or Results panel.
At the top of the panel, select the correct Location, Date, Program, and Class.
Locate the client in the roster. They may appear as reserved but not yet signed in.
Click the circle next to their name to mark them as Signed In for that class.
Verify the client now appears as signed in in the panel you are using.
Viewing workouts
Use Kiosk+ to display daily workouts in place of your legacy Coachboard, and pair this with either the Sign-In or Results panel for a complete class board.
From Wodify Core, open Kiosk+.
Open a saved template or click Add Panel to configure a new layout.
Choose the Workout display panel.
-
Configure the panel:
Select the Location (if you have multiple locations).
Select the Program.
Select the Date of the workout.
Click Add or Apply to load the workout panel into your layout.
Optionally, position the Workout panel next to your Sign-In or Results panel so clients can see both the workout and the roster/results at a glance.
Once configured, the workout will stay up-to-date for that date and program so members can view it throughout class.
Adding client results
The Results panel is designed for both attendance and in-class scoring, so you do not need to switch screens to track performance.
In Kiosk+, open a layout that includes the Results panel or Performance panel
At the top of the panel, select the correct Location, Date, Program(s), and Class.
If using a Results panel, the client must be signed in to add associated workout results.
Enter the client’s result (load, time, reps, rounds, etc.) and save.
Repeat this for all clients, updating scores as needed throughout or after class.
Because the Results panel combines sign-ins and scoring, coaches can run an entire class having to use both the sign-in and performance panels.
Viewing client performance history
The Performance panel gives you deeper historic context that complements your attendance and daily results panels.
In Kiosk+, click Add Panel and select Performance, or open a layout that already includes it.
In the Performance panel, go to the Performance Card tab.
Choose a Client from the dropdown.
Choose a Component (for example, Back Squat, Fran, or 5k Run).
-
Review the client’s historical results, including:
Personal records (PRs) and 1-Rep Maxes
Past scores and dates
Any percentage work based on their 1RM (if applicable)
If you need to add a new historic or off-class result, switch to the Add Performance tab and log the score for that client and component.
Managing appointments in Kiosk+
The Kiosk+ Appointment panel lets coaches and providers manage their sessions right from the same in-gym screen they use for classes. You can sign clients in, mark no-shows, cancel appointments, change providers, and quickly book follow-up sessions.
To manage appointments in Kiosk+:
-
Open Kiosk+
Log into Wodify Core on your front-desk or in-gym device.
Open Kiosk+ from the Apps / 9-tile menu in the lower corner.
-
Add or open the Appointment panel
From the Kiosk+ layout, click Add Panel (or open an existing template that already includes the Appointment panel).
Select the Appointment panel type from the list of available panels.
-
Configure the panel by choosing:
Location
Provider (coach or staff member)
Service (type of appointment)
Date you want to manage
Click Add or Apply to load the Appointment panel into your layout.
-
Sign clients into appointments
On the Appointment panel, locate the session you are managing.
Under the client list for that appointment, find the client’s name.
Use the Sign In control next to their name (for example, a button or checkmark) to mark them as Signed In for that appointment.
Confirm their status updates to “Signed In” in the panel.
This section keeps appointments fully within Kiosk+, so coaches can run sessions, update attendance, and rebook clients without leaving the in-gym display.
Appointment sign-in
Clients and providers can sign into upcoming appointments via the Wodify mobile app or Coach View.
Appointment sign-in using the Wodify mobile app
Clients can book and manage their own appointments via the Wodify mobile app. Refer them to your existing Booking Appointments via the Wodify Mobile App help article for detailed steps.

-
Select the upcoming Appointment you want to manage.
You’ll see the Service, Time, Date, Location, and No Show/Late Cancellation Policies.
To sign in as the provider, click Sign in as Provider next to your name.
Under Attendees, locate each client scheduled for the appointment and click Sign In next to their name.
Viewing Pulse tiles (Wodify Pulse in Kiosk+)
Pulse is now integrated into Kiosk+ so you can display live heart rate tiles in class.
Navigate to Kiosk+.
Determine your ideal Kiosk+ settings for that device.
Ensure that Wodify Pulse is selected as one of your Displays.
Once active, Pulse tiles will show live heart rate data for clients wearing compatible devices, based on your Pulse configuration.

FAQs
1. Should I use the Sign-In Panel or the Results Panel for class check-in?
You can use either panel to sign clients in. The Sign-In Panel is ideal if you only need to manage reservations and attendance. The Results Panel includes the same sign-in controls plus tiles for entering and viewing workout results, so it is the best option if you want a single screen for both attendance and scoring.
2. Why don’t I see a client in the Results Panel when I try to enter their score?
The Results Panel shows clients associated with the selected class. If someone is missing:
Make sure you have the correct Location, Date, Program, and Class selected at the top of the panel.
Confirm the client has been added to and signed into that class (either from the Sign-In Panel or from the Results Panel’s sign-in widget).
If they still do not appear, check for membership, legal enforcement, or reservation rules that may be preventing them from being added to that class.
3. Do I need Wodify Perform to use these Kiosk+ features?
Basic attendance via the Sign-In Panel is available on core subscription tiers, but performance-focused functionality—such as the Results Panel, Performance Panel, and Leaderboard Panel—requires the Wodify Perform add-on. If you do not see these options under Add Panel, reach out to support@wodify.com to confirm your subscription and enable Perform.
