If a business requires a waiver before booking, you’ll need to sign it first — Wodify makes it easy to sign from the Mobile App, the Client Web Portal, or directly from the waiver email.

 


Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

You must have a Wodify client account (email + password) and be signed in to complete a waiver.


Pro-Tip: If the business requires a waiver to book classes, you will not be able to sign in until the waiver is completed. If you sign on a mobile device, make sure the app is up-to-date.

 


Step-By-Step How To Sign Your Waiver

Sign your Waiver in the Mobile App

  1. Open the Wodify mobile app and sign in.

  2. Tap the hamburger menu (top-left).

  3. Tap Settings.

  4. Scroll to the Account section.

  5. Tap Waivers.

  6. Find the unsigned waiver, complete your personal information, initial where required, sign, and submit.

Sign your Waiver via the Client Web Portal

  1. Sign in to the Client Web Portal with your Wodify email and password.

  2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Go to the Waivers tab.

  4. Click Sign Now next to any unsigned waivers.

  5. Complete personal information, initial each required field, sign, and submit the waiver.

Sign your Waiver from the Email Notice

  1. Open the waiver email you received in your inbox.

  2. Click the “Click here to sign this Waiver” (or similar call-to-action).

  3. Fill out your personal information, initial the required areas, sign, and submit.

  4. Note: You can complete this flow on your mobile device if you open the email on your phone.

FAQs

 

  1. I signed the waiver but I still can’t book. Why? Confirm you’re signed into the same Wodify account you used to sign the waiver. Some systems may take a few moments to register the signed waiver; try refreshing the app or portal (or restarting the app). If the problem persists, contact the business so they can confirm the waiver is associated with your profile.
     

  2. I don’t see a “Sign Now” button in my portal or app. What should I do? Make sure you’re logged in with the correct email. If you’re logged in and still don’t see the option, the business may not have associated a waiver to your membership yet — reach out to the business owner or staff so they can link it to your account.
     

  3. Can I sign a waiver for my child/another person? Waiver policies vary by business. If you need to sign on behalf of a minor or another person, check with the business for their required process (some businesses require the minor to have their own account or a guardian-present signing)
