Before being able to book, if the business has a required waiver, you will need to sign it right away. We have made it easy for you to access and sign the business' Waiver!

Signing your Waiver in the Mobile App
- Open the Wodify app.
- Tab the bell symbol in the top right corner or navigate to Profile - Settings - Waivers.
- Select sign waiver and submit your signed Waiver.
Signing your Waiver on a Desktop
- Go to My Profile
- Select Waivers
- Select the outstanding Waiver
- Complete your personal information
- Review Waiver and initial where needed. Please make sure to use the same initials for every initial box.
- Answer the Questionnaire
- Sign and Submit your Waiver
Signing your Waiver from Email Notice
- Locate the Waiver email in your email account
- Select Click here to sign this Waiver
- Complete your personal information
- Review Waiver and initial where needed. Please make sure to use the same initials for every initial box.
- Answer the Questionnaire
- Sign and Submit your Waiver
