Signing Your Waiver

Before being able to book, if the business has a required waiver, you will need to sign it right away. We have made it easy for you to access and sign the business' Waiver!

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Signing your Waiver on a Desktop

  1. Go to My Profile 
  2. Select Waivers
  3. Select the outstanding Waiver

  4. Complete your personal information
  5. Review Waiver and initial where needed. Please make sure to use the same initials for every initial box.
  6. Answer the Questionnaire
  7. Sign and Submit your Waiver

 

Signing your Waiver from Email Notice

  1. Locate the Waiver email in your email account
  2. Select Click here to sign this Waiver

  3. Complete your personal information
  4. Review Waiver and initial where needed. Please make sure to use the same initials for every initial box.
  5. Answer the Questionnaire
  6. Sign and Submit your Waiver
