Why This Matters
Once a potential new client is ready to become an official new client, you can convert them from Lead to Client in Wodify. This allows you to add memberships and payment methods, manage the more detailed Client profile, and gives the client access to the client-side of Wodify with your business.
Step-By-Step How To
- Go to People > Leads
- Click into the Lead profile > Click Convert in the top right hand corner
- Enter any additional information needed > Convert

FAQs
- What is the default converted Lead status?
- By default, clients are given the On-Ramp status when they're converted to a Client. You have an option to update this default status on an individual level, or for all converted Leads within Classes > Settings.
