Step-By-Step How To
Reserving & Signing Into Class on the Wodify Mobile App
View Your Class Schedule
Open the Schedule tab.
Filter by All Classes or select specific programs.
Select the date you want to attend.
Scroll to see available classes; tap the arrows to view additional dates.
Reserve a Spot
Tap the class you want to reserve.
Tap Reserve to claim your spot.
Classes marked “No reservation limit” cannot be reserved.
Tap the coach’s name to view their bio, if needed.
If the class is full, tap Join Waitlist (if enabled).
You may be added automatically or receive a first-come, first-served email depending on the business’s waitlist policy.
Sign Into Class
After reserving—or if reservations are not required—tap Sign In, if your business allows mobile sign-ins.
If mobile sign-in is disabled, you can sign in at the facility.
Booking Into Class Using the Client Web Portal
View Your Class Schedule
Log into the Client Web Portal using your Wodify email and password.
Go to the Class Calendar tab.
View classes for the current week or click Next Week to browse further.
Book a Spot
Click Book next to the class you wish to attend.
If you already have a valid membership, select Use existing membership and click Confirm Booking.
If you don’t have a membership that applies to that class, choose one from the available list.

FAQs
- "Why don't I see the sign in button on the mobile app?" Answer: Classes labeled “No reservation limit” do not require reservations. You can simply sign in when you arrive.
- How does the waitlist work?" Answer: If a class is full and the business has enabled waitlists, you can tap Join Waitlist. You may be added automatically as spots open, or you may receive a first-come, first-served email—policies vary by business.
