Why This Matters
Class reservations and sign-ins make it simple for clients to stay on track with their fitness goals. With quick, convenient booking through the Wodify App or Client Web Portal, clients can manage their schedule effortlessly and always know they have a spot waiting for them.
Class Access Requirements: A client’s ability to view and reserve a class depends on the relationship between the class and the client’s membership.
- The membership must grant access to the class’s program.
- The membership must be valid for the class’s location.
- The related program must be active. If a program is inactive, its classes can be hidden from the calendar and client view.
- The client’s membership must be active rather than suspended or expired.
To stop a client from booking a program, remove that program from the membership’s program access. This removes access to every class associated with that program; it cannot be used to block only specific class days or times.
Step-By-Step How To
Reserving & Signing Into Class on the Wodify Mobile App
View Your Class Schedule
Open the Schedule tab.
Filter by All Classes or select specific programs.
Select the date you want to attend.
Scroll to see available classes; tap the arrows to view additional dates.
Reserve a Spot
Tap the class you want to reserve.
Tap Reserve to claim your spot.
Classes marked “No reservation limit” cannot be reserved.

If the class is full, tap Join Waitlist (if enabled).
You may be added automatically or receive a first-come, first-served email depending on the business’s waitlist policy.
Some gyms have a Waitlist Limit so you know your real chance of getting into a full class. If that list is also full, you will see "Waitlist Full".

If mobile sign-in is disabled, you can sign in at the facility.
Note: Clients will be warned of late cancellation penalties if reserving or canceling within late cancellation window!

Before You Reserve or Sign In
Clients must meet all eligibility requirements before they can reserve, be added to, or be signed in to a class or appointment.
- Active product: You need an active membership or appointment pack that includes the applicable class, service, or program. Adding a card on file alone does not provide class access; you must purchase an eligible product.
- Available sessions: For appointments, you must have remaining sessions in an active appointment pack or membership. If no eligible sessions are available, you may see an “out of sessions” message.
- Program access: Your membership must include access to the program assigned to the class. Removing program access prevents booking for all classes in that program, not only selected days or times.
- Location access: If your membership is restricted to a location, you cannot reserve classes held at a different location.
- Active status: Suspended, expired, or inactive memberships cannot be used to reserve or sign in. A membership that expires before the final appointment may also cause sign-in issues, and applicable cancellation policies may still apply.
- Lead status: A lead must be in Trial status to be signed into a class as a trial lead. Free Trial Leads may sign in to more than one class while they remain in Lead status.
- Required documents: When waiver or contract enforcement is enabled, you must complete required documents before booking or attending. This can apply to Free Trial and Drop-In reservations.
For a service such as a Goal Review, you can only be signed in when you have an active appointment pack or membership that covers that service. Unlike a No Sweat Intro for leads, a service cannot be booked without an eligible product. If a Drop-In client does not appear on the class roster after booking, confirm that the Drop-In Session was purchased under that client’s own profile.
