Appointment Booking Process for Clients

This article will walk you through the process of creating reservations as an Athlete for Appointments Sessions.

If you are an Admin booking for a client - please visit: Booking Appointments

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Wodify Athlete App:

  1. Select the Classes Icon
  2. Select into the Appointments Tab
  3. Select the Service to Book
    • Please Note:  If you do not have a current valid membership for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment. Please contact your Gym Staff for more details on how to access these Services.
  4. Select the Date & Time
    • You are able to filter by Provider if you want to see the availability of a particular Coach or Service Provider
  5. Select to Reserve This Slot
  6. Select to Confirm Booking

You are able to view your Upcoming Appointments by visiting the Appointment Tab and selecting the Upcoming Appointments Tab at the Bottom of the Screen.

 

Wodify Legacy App:

  1. Select the Main Menu Icon in the Top Right Corner
  2. Select into the My Appointments Tab
  3. Select the Service to Book
    • Please Note:  If you do not have a current valid membership for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment.
      • Please contact your Gym Staff for more details on how to access these Services.
  4. Select the Date
    • You are able to filter by Provider if you want to see the availability of a particular Coach or Service Provider
  5. Select Book Next to the Time you want to Reserve
  6. Select Confirm

You are able to view your Upcoming Appointments by visiting the My Appointment Tab.
