Appointment Booking Process for Clients

Need to book an appointment with your fitness business? This article will walk you through the process of creating reservations as a Client for Appointments Sessions!

In this article, we will cover:

Wodify Mobile App:

To Download the Client App, please utilize the link below:
Wodify Client App Information

  1. Select the Calendar Icon
  2. Select into the Appointments Tab

  3. Select the Service to Book

    • Please Note:  If you do not have a current valid pack for this service, you will not be able to book an appointment.
      • Please contact the business Staff for more details on how to access these Services. 
  4. Select the Provider then Date & Time

    • You are able to filter by Provider if you want to see the availability of a particular Coach or Service Provider
  5. Select to Reserve This Slot 
  6. Select to Confirm Booking

You can view your Upcoming Appointments by visiting the Appointment Tab and selecting the Upcoming Appointments Tab at the Bottom of the Screen.
