Wodify’s Media Library is a central place to store and organize videos, images, PDFs, and pages so staff and permitted clients can access training demos, guides, newsletters, and more — and reuse that content in Workouts, Components, and Mobile App pages.
Pre-requisite Pro-Tip
Video files under 20 GB are automatically compressed to optimize playback; files over 20 GB will upload but may play slowly. Use high-contrast image thumbnails and short file names for easier browsing. Supported file types: .mov, .mp4, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .txt, .html.

Drag & Drop Editor — pick components from the side panel and drop them into the page (easy, visual).
Rich Text Editor — add content from the top toolbar (more layout freedom and HTML support).
Enter a Page name and fill the content area (text, images, video, html, buttons).
Save Draft if you’re not ready to publish, or click Publish to make the page available.
Use the action menu to Copy, Preview, or Delete a page. The page’s Shareable URL can be sent to customers or coworkers.

FAQs
-
What file types and sizes are supported? Supported types: .mov, .mp4, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .txt, .html. Video files under 20 GB are auto-compressed for optimal playback; files larger than 20 GB may play slowly.
-
How do I share a Page with clients or non-Wodify users? Pages have a unique shareable URL (found in the Page’s action menu). Publish the page and share that URL with anyone. Remember permissions control in-app visibility for clients.
Why can’t a client see a file in the app? Check the folder Permissions — the client must be in a segment, program, or progression that has view access. Also confirm the client is logged into the correct Wodify account and that the mobile app is up to date.
