Welcome to a world where efficiency meets convenience!

We’ve created an innovative approach for users, specifically groups and families, to effortlessly sign waivers. Our waiver workflow turns waivers into public documents that users can access directly from the link or even from a QR code. Once signed, the waiver automatically updates in Wodify, automatically creating lead profiles while allowing you to seamlessly bulk convert leads into clients.

 

Important: Waivers are assigned to clients based on their membership program access.

 

In this article, we will cover:

 

Utilizing QR codes

The waiver public link allows you to Embrace the convenience of QR codes in your gym! By placing QR codes around your facility, we offer a seamless way for drop-ins and new leads to sign waivers using their own devices.

You can then print out this QR code or post it on your social media, website, etc. to easily allow interested athletes and drop-ins to sign at their convenience. 

 

To easily access the QR code for your waiver, please follow these steps:

  • Go to Digital Presence>Documents
  • Make sure you're in the Waivers tab
  • Locate and click on the link in the 'QR Code' column

Once you click the QR code link, you will be able to view and download the QR code. 

 

 

New Lead / Drop-in


Note: Once you a client has signed a waiver, you are able to find the waivers by:

  1. Going to Digital Presence > Documents > Waivers
  2. Click on the Waiver Name, Unsigned or Signed number, to view a list of clients
    • Anyone that has signed your waiver, but is not already a Lead or Client, will be listed as a Drop-In on this list
  3. Review, re-send or upload any Waiver that has been assigned to a client
  4. If you need further assistance resending or uploading Waivers, continue to the next section

 

  • New Person Interested in Joining: 

Their waiver information will be saved and a lead profile will be created 

  • New Person Dropping-In:

Their waiver will be saved, but a lead profile will not be created

  • Guardian is interested in joining and has a dependent interested in joining 

Both the dependent and guardian waiver information will be saved and lead profiles will be created 

  • Guardian Dropping-In with Dependent Interested in Joining

Both the dependent and the guardian will be created as leads. 

  • Guardian and Dependent Dropping-In

Both the dependent and guardian waiver information will be saved but lead profiles will be created

 

Notes: 

  • If a guardian is not dropping-in, just signing for a dependent who is interested in joining, a lead profile will still be created for the guardian 
  • Converting a dependent lead to a client will also create a client profile for the guardian and group them together
  • If a guardian is just signing for a dependent who is just dropping-in, the guardian will not appear as a drop-in and no information about the guardian will be saved. A lead profile will not be created for the dependent; waiver information will be saved
  • A dependent must be under the age of 18 for someone to sign for them

 

Existing Lead / Client

Should you ever need to share a waiver with your clients or leads after an update or creation, our waiver workflows make it a breeze. They can conveniently follow a link or scan a QR code to access the new waiver.

Next, your clients simply need to provide their email addresses, verify their identity, and then they'll be guided to complete your waiver.

 

 

Guide for Current Clients in an Existing Group: Adding New Leads

This new feature effortlessly integrates new members or dependents who are interested in joining or dropping in.

Now, when a guardian comes in with a potential new gym enthusiast, our system efficiently converts them into leads or clients within the same group. This update significantly simplifies the addition of new members to a group, especially after they have completed their sign-up through our link. It's a quicker, easier way to grow your gym community!
