This is available on Subscription Tiers:

Grow, Promote, Free Unlimited, Accelerate, & Ultimate.

Why This Matters

This feature allows you to cap the number of free-trial bookings for classes and appointments. Utilizing these settings will ensure that you are able to provide the proper attention to your leads during these classes or appointments, as well as your active clients.

Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

By default, this option is turned off within any new or existing class templates and appointment services. If this option is not appearing within your class settings, it may not be enabled within your Online Sales Page (OSP) just yet!

FAQs

  1. Can free trials book over the limit once met? No; Once the trial reservation limit is met, the session will no longer show as an available booking option within your Online Sales Page.
  2. Why does the Free Trial Limit have to be lower than the overall reservation limit? The Free Trial Limit cannot exceed the total reservation limit because it ensures trial users don’t take up more spots than the class or service can accommodate
