You can set a free trial limit for classes, as well as appointments, within Wodify Core. Utilizing these settings will ensure that you are able to provide the proper attention to your leads during these classes or appointments, as well as your active clients.
By default, this option is turned off within any new or existing class templates and appointment services. This article will guide you through how to set this feature up within each area.

Trial Limits in Classes:
To apply a free trial limit to your classes, you can do the following:
- Navigate to Classes > List.
- Select the class you would like to add a limit to, or hit + New Class to create a new class.
- Locate the Online Sales section.
- Toggle the Free Trial Limit option
- Once this setting is enabled, enter the specific number of trial leads allowed in this class. The entered number should be no larger than the overall class reservation limit.
- Hit save to lock in any changes that are made.

Trial Limits in Appointments:
To apply a free trial limit to an appointment service, you can do the following:
- Navigate to Appointments > Services.
- Select the service you would like to add a limit to, or hit +New Service to get started.
- Within the Basic Information area, you will find the Free Trial Limit option.
- After toggling this feature on, enter the specific number of trial leads allowed within the appointment. The entered number should be no larger than the overall appointment reservation limit.
- Hit save to lock in any changes that are made.
Note: Once the trial reservation limit is met, the session will no longer show as an available booking option within your Online Sales Portal.
