The easier of a time a client has purchasing a membership, the better for your business. Admins can utilize Private Membership Sales Links and create QR codes to send a unique membership link with the payment plan pre-selected. What's even better is that this membership doesn't even have to be available in the Online Sales Portal!

Accessing Sales Links and QR Codes

To access your private sale links/QR code, you can navigate to Digital Presence > Online Sales within your Wodify Core account. It's easy as 1, 2, 3:

1. Click Online Sales under Digital Presence
   
   
2. Select the Membership 
   
   
3. Click the Permalink or QR code icon(s) to the right of the Payment Plan appropriate for your client. 
   
   

Note: When using the QR Code option, you can download the image to your device. This can be used to print out the QR code for in person registrants, or even share the image on Social Media for sign ups!

When a client uses the created link or scans the QR code, this will direct them to the Purchase Review screen of the Online Sales Portal, helping your athlete to skip multiple screens and get straight to the purchase.

Utilizing Sales Links and QR Codes:

The Private Sale Link unlocks all sorts of potential options for your administration! Here are a few potential uses cases:

1. Utilize Conversations to send a discounted membership to a Custom Segment, targeting specific inactive clients.
   
   
2. If a client needs a different payment plan option on a membership, you can create a unique payment plan for them and send them the link without making it visible to the rest of your athletes. Alternately, you can have them scan the QR for easy sign up in person.
   
   
3. Marketing a specific membership / payment plan combination, like Monthly Yoga classes, on your social media channels.
