Step-By-Step How To
Accessing Sales Links and QR Codes
When a client uses the created link or scans the QR code, this will direct them to the Purchase Review screen of the Online Sales Page, helping your athlete to skip multiple screens and get straight to the purchase.
- Navigate to Web & Mobile > Online Sales
- Select the Membership
- Click the Permalink or QR code icon(s) to the right of the Payment Plan appropriate for your client.
Utilizing Sales Links and QR Codes:
The Private Sale Link unlocks all sorts of potential options for your administration! One of the features is adding a promo code to a specific membership option before you send it out to a lead or client.
- Click on the permalink or QR icon
- Select a promo code from the dropdown menu
- Copy the permalink/download the QR
- Send to a lead or client and the promo code will already be applied to the membership
Here are a few other potential use cases:
- If a client needs a different payment plan option on a membership, you can create a unique payment plan for them and send them the link without making it visible to the rest of your athletes. Alternatively, you can have them scan the QR for easy sign up in person.
- Marketing a specific membership/payment plan combination, like Monthly Yoga classes, on your social media channels.
- Creating marketing posters for first-time sign-ups.
- Utilizing Communications > Marketing Emails to send a discounted membership rate to your Leads.

- "My QR code stopped working! What happened!?"
Answer: If any changes are made to a membership, payment plan, or an applied promo, Wodify will generate a new code and disable the old one. This prevents anyone from being able to purchase outdated rates or settings.
