Why This Matters

Lead sources help a business easily identify where inbound leads are generated from. This information allows business owners to know where to invest more in the channels that work and improve or eliminate those that don’t. It also makes follow-up more effective by tailoring messaging based on what initially attracted the lead.


Pre-requisite Pro-Tip

Your subscription tier must be one of the tiers listed above. The ones listed above have access to Lead Management. Without this, you can not create new lead sources.

In Wodify, there are six default lead source options that you can use to help identify how a lead found your business. These default lead sources are: 

  • Friend/Family
  • Facebook
  • Google/Search Engine
  • SMS (US only)
  • Online Sales
  • Other

You can also customize these default options or create new ones! 


Step-By-Step How To

To add new Lead Sources:

  1. Go to People > Settings > Lead tab
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, under Lead Sources
  3. Click Create Lead Source
  4. Label your new Lead Source and click Save

FAQs

Q: How to delete created lead sources? 

A: Lead sources that can be deleted or edited, will appear in orange and are clickable. You can edit or delete once that pop up window appears.
