How do I purchase store credit for a Member?


Members can purchase credit to be added to their account. Store Credit can be used as a payment method towards unpaid invoices.

To purchase Store Credit for a member:

  1. Login to Wodify Admin > 'People' > ' Athletes'
  2. Click the Athlete that wishes to purchase store credit
  3. Scroll to the 'Invoices' from the athlete's profile
  4. Click the 'More' drop down menu and choose 'Purchase Store Credit'
  5. Enter amount of credit your member is purchasing
  6. Choose the payment method to purchase credit
  7. Click 'Complete Payment'

The credit has been applied to the member.

To add discounted credit to a member:

You can add a discount to credit. To do this you need to create a new invoice.

  1. Login to Wodify Admin
  2. Go to Financial > Create a new Invoice
  3. Choose your Athlete, Payment Date, and Location
  4. Click 'Actions' > 'Add Line Item'
  5. Choose 'Store Credit' as your Product and Revenue Category
  6. Enter your discount
  7. Click 'Save'

A 100% discount CAN be added to a member.
