What permissions do I need to create or edit classes?
To create or edit classes in Wodify, a user must have the appropriate Staff Access Level enabled in their account. Typically, only Admins, Managers, or Coaches with scheduling permissions can make changes to the class schedule.
If you don’t see the option to create or edit classes, your role may not include the Calendar or Class Management permissions. Contact your gym’s account administrator to update your access level. -
Why did my changes not save?
If a class already has reservations on it, the class settings will not be changed. You can make the changes needed on an individual basis in this situation by clicking into the specific class.
