Why This Matters

Comments and Likes on the leaderboard can increase social engagement and camaraderie in your gym! However, you may want to disable a client's ability to do so due to offensive language, bullying, if they are under 18, and so on.

 


 

Step-By-Step How To

 

Disabling a Client's Ability to Comment/Like  

  1. Find the client in question using People > Clients or our Global Search (Shift + S)
  2. Select the client's Profile tab 
  3. Scroll to Roles & Permissions Section
  4. Toggle to disable Allowed to Like and Comment Feature
  5. Select Save

 


 

 


 

FAQs

  1. "I'm a client and I am unable to like or comment in the app!"
    Answer: This is likely due to a setting on your business's end! You will need to reach out to your business owner and ask them to enable this for you.
  2. "Can comments be edited?"
    Answer: No. If you need to edit your comment, delete it and post a new one.
  3. "Can Admin delete comments?"
    Answer: No, only the commenter can delete their own comment by selecting the ellipses icon beside the comment. If a comment is inappropriate, long-press it and select the option to report it to Wodify Support.
