To create a new Waiver:
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click Create Waiver

Fill out the Waiver information: complete all required fields and choose the information that you would like to make mandatory for the Clients.
- Waiver Name - Provide a title for this document.
- Who needs to sign this waiver? - Select Everyone or Only people with access to specific programs/services. If you select the second option, you'll be able to then select the specific program and service.
- Information to Collect - here you can choose to also collect a new client's Phone Number and Emergency Contact Name & Phone Number.
- Questionnaire - Add any questions you'd like to have Clients answer when they complete their waiver. Once a question is added, you can choose to make it be required, or optional. Any submitted answers will be viewable within the Client's profile once signed.
- Waiver Terms - Paste or type the terms of your waiver into the available textbox and add this [initial] placeholder text after any section for which you would like the Client to initial.

Waiver Email - view and edit the waiver Email Subject and email body. This email will be sent to Clients notifying them that they have a waiver to sign.
Do not remove the [waiverlink] placeholder. A unique link is created for each client.
- Lastly, save the waiver as Published or Draft.
- Select Draft if you do not want your Clients to have the ability to sign this Waiver.
- Select Published if you do want clients to sign the waiver.
- Click Save
Sending the Waiver
Quick Nav
- Find the Send Waiver button in the quick navigation menu and click on it. If you do not have access to this button, click on your profile picture to add the Send Waiver button to the quick navigation menu.
Sending a Waiver to a new Lead or Drop-In:
- Click +Add a new lead or drop-in
- Enter the email
- Click Send
Sending Unsigned Waivers in Bulk
- Click Legal > Waivers
- Next to the Waiver Template Name, select the three dots > Send Waiver > Bulk send this waiver
- There you can select to send to Clients or Leads that have not signed the selected Waiver > then Send
- When selecting Clients it will send to those who have access to the Programs or Services that the unsigned waiver applies
- When choosing Leads it will send it to those in the New, Contacted, and Free Trial statuses who have not signed the waiver
Locating and Using the Public Waiver Link
- In Wodify Admin, go to Legal > Waivers
- Select the Copy Link icon
Managing Waivers
Reviewing Unsigned and Signed Waivers
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click on the Waiver Name, Unsigned or Signed number, to view a list of clients
- Review, re-send or upload any Waiver that has been assigned to a client
- If you need further assistance resending or uploading Waivers, continue to the next section
Resending or Uploading an Unsigned Waiver
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
- Locate the client's waiver you would like to resend
- Click the Paper Airplane Icon
Uploading an Unsigned Waiver
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
- Locate the client's waiver you would like to upload
- Select the Upload Icon
- Once selected, you will be prompted to upload a document
Deleting Unsigned Waivers
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click on the Waiver Name or Unsigned number, to view a list of clients
- Select the Waiver you'd like to delete
- Select the Trash Can Icon
Converting a Signed Waiver to a Lead
- Go to Legal > Waivers
- Click on the Waiver Name or Signed number, to view a list of clients
- Click into the Drop-Ins tab
- Locate the Drop-in's Waiver and click the Convert Drop-in to Lead icon
- The leads profile can then be found with People > Leads
Locating a Waiver from within a Client Profile
- Go to the Client Profile
- Select the Documents tab
- Locate the Waiver for this client
Viewing Waiver Questionnaire Answers
- Go to the Client Profile
- Select the Documents tab
- Locate the Waiver Questions Section
To Update your Existing Waiver
- In Wodify Admin, go to Legal > Waivers
- Click the … next to your existing waiver
- Select Edit Waiver
- Make any necessary changes, scroll to the bottom, and select Save
- Once you select Save, you will receive a pop-up notification. Please read through the options carefully as this action cannot be undone.
- Select an option and click Confirm
FAQs
- What happens if I edit a waiver after it has been signed?
- If you edit a waiver after it has been signed, it will also prompt you to resend the updated waiver to those clients who have signed the original.
- Who receives the waiver?
- Waivers are assigned to clients based on their membership program access. Free Trials will be prompted to sign all published waivers.
